Healthy Eating and Music Classes for Under 5's
We all know that eating at least five portions of fruits and vegetables a day can significantly improve our health and well-being but how can we encourage our children to get involved too?
Together with musician Liz Liew we have come up with a plan. Joining forces we've created a fun way for children to experiment and taste fruit and vegetables through song and dance.
